1. Consultations and Webinars

Once booked, consultations and webinars are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
 

2. Personalized Reports

No cancellations or refunds are allowed once a report is under preparation or delivered.

Reports are tailor-made and cannot be reused or resold.
 

3. Double/Incorrect Payments

In case of duplicate payments or billing errors, please contact us within 72 hours. Verified issues will be processed for a refund within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Approval

Refunds (if applicable) are processed only to the original source of payment, subject to review by our team.
