Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services and products offered on the platform operated by Apna Jyotish Dham Private Limited. By purchasing any service or product on our platform, you agree to the terms described in this Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Users may request a refund under the following circumstances:
1.1 Quality Review Based Refund
- If a user believes that the consultation provided by an astrologer or consultant does not meet expected quality standards, they may submit a refund request.
- The Quality Audit Team will review the consultation including chat records and call recordings.
- Based on the evaluation, the platform may approve a full or partial refund.
- The review and refund process may take up to 7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the user’s wallet or the original payment method.
2. Refund for Technical Issues or Service Failure
A refund may be issued if a session cannot be completed due to:
- Platform network issues
- Technical malfunction on the website or application
- Unavailability of the astrologer or consultant
- System errors or disruptions on the platform
No refunds will be issued if the issue is caused by:
- The user’s internet connection
- The user’s device or equipment
- The user failing to answer the call
3. Non-Refundable Services
3.1 Processed Reports
Once an order for any report reaches the Processing Stage (assigned to a service provider), the order becomes non-refundable. Users are advised to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
3.2 Dissatisfaction with Consultation
Refunds will not be granted solely on the basis of dissatisfaction with consultation results or lack of perceived accuracy in astrological predictions. Astrological consultations are based on the interpretation and experience of individual consultants and results may vary.
3.3 Incorrect Information Provided by User
Refunds will not be issued if incorrect or inaccurate information has been submitted by the user while placing the order.
However, users may request corrections within 1 hour of service execution by contacting customer support.
3.4 Technical Delays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by technical processing or report generation timelines. All timelines provided on the platform are indicative and approximate.
3.5 Call Consultation Issues
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- If an incorrect phone number is provided by the user
- If the user is unavailable when the call is initiated
- If the consultation call connects successfully
Users are responsible for ensuring that their phone number is active and reachable during the scheduled consultation.
4. Product Refund Policy
For physical products purchased on the platform:
- Products are delivered as displayed, but minor variations may occur.
- Product images on the website are for reference purposes only.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product is damaged after delivery
- The user mishandles the product
- There are minor variations between product images and the delivered item
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, users remain responsible for the product cost and applicable shipping charges even if the product is returned.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited either to the user’s wallet or to the original payment method used for the transaction.
6. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, users must contact customer support and provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Any relevant supporting details

7. Final Decision
All refund decisions will be made by Apna Jyotish Dham Private Limited after reviewing the case. The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or provide partial refunds based on internal quality and compliance evaluation.
